I’ve seen the legal process from all angles.
After graduating cum laude from Georgia State University School of Law, I was the staff attorney for the Chief Judge of the Mountain Judicial Circuit. I then worked at a prominent Atlanta insurance defense firm where I learned trial tactics from top attorneys. Before all that, I worked for many years as a paralegal – assisting attorneys in a variety of matters.
In addition to practicing law as an attorney, I am also a registered mediator in both domestic relations (family law) and general civil issues. My practice reaches counties in all of northeast Georgia, including Barrow, Jackson, Banks, Gwinnett, Walton, Clarke, Oconee, Madison, and Hall.
I’ve been working in the legal field for over ten years. I understand what goes on behind the scenes in a judge’s office and know how to present your case so that a court will listen. I understand how to negotiate confidently and realistically. More importantly, I understand how intimidating the legal process can be.
I help people get through difficult times and protect their interests moving forward.
